What does a great metro station look like?

How can the Metro stations in Stockholm be better adopted to the needs of travellers in the future?

Liveworks is part of a research project where we let travellers document their needs and experiences on a number of stations.
During a few days, recruited travellers share their in-the-moment needs as they exit a train or enter a station. With their phone as their digital diary, they also upload commented photos of positive and negative experiences at the station.This is a strong method to collect visual insights from the stations of today, to turn into creative solutions, offers and environments of tomorrow.
Travellers are also involved in the future perspective, both by uploading requests and ideas, things they might have seen somewhere else or just imagine, and take part in focus groups as a second step.
