Liveworks – A creative consumer insight agency
After nearly 15 years working with more traditional research methodologies, Liveworks was founded to develop the tools we needed to get closer to consumers and join them in their experiences. Live.
Our main methodology is Mobile Ethnography, where consumers share their needs, behaviour, drivers and experiences using their mobile.
Mobile ethnography generates relevant and visual material that holds a lot of insights, and is a valuable material to bring into workshops and a creative process. We will deliver the consumer perspective of things, and combine qualitative and quantitative research in ways best suited for the research question. Welcome to Liveworks!
